Below are the bios of  directors and and management team:

Paul van Eeden, B.Sc., Executive Chariman

Paul van Eeden is the President of Cranberry Capital Inc., the Executive Chairman of Synodon Inc., and a director of Evrim Resources Corp., Kobex Capital Corp., Student Car Share Inc. and C3 Alliance Corp.

Paul started his business career in 1985 and has been involved in public capital markets since 1995, first as a broker and later as an investor. Paul has a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Chemistry and Applied Chemistry from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa and is known for his research on gold pricing models and monetary inflation.

Nimal Rodrigo, CA, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Rodrigo has more than 19 years in finance and public company management. He is a Chartered Accountant and has served as CFO for Matrikon Inc. (MTK:TSX) and prior to that as CFO for Intuit's (INTU:NASDAQ) Canadian operations from May 1996 to August 2004.

Throughout his tenure at Intuit he had international management responsibilities, including Australia, Latin America and the UK and helped produce cumulative average growth rates in revenues of over 30% and operating income of over 40% while also integrating a number of multi-million dollar acquisitions over the eight year period.

Doug Miller, Bsc., Chief Technical Officer

Mr. Miller has a Bachelors degree in physics from the University of Saskatchewan and has more than 25 years experience in advanced instrumentation design and program management. He spent 16 years with SED Systems where he worked as an optical systems designer and project manager on a number of space communications and military programs. Mr. Miller participated in the successful design of the Wind Imaging Interferometer (WINDII) instrument which was launched on NASA's Upper Atmosphere Research Satellite (UARS) in 1991 and is still operational. He also authored the systems engineering process used by SED Systems to attain their ISO 9000 certification.

Prior to joining Synodon, Mr. Miller worked for EDS Canada and was the project manager for the design and implementation of the IT infrastructure for Canadian Light Source (CLS) in Saskatoon. CLS is Canada's national facility for synchrotron light research and Canada's largest scientific project to date. The stadium-sized, $173.5-million project is Canada's largest scientific research facility in more than 30 years.

Dr. Boyd Tolton, Ph.D., Chief Science Officer

Dr. Tolton holds a P.D. in Physics from the University of Toronto and is a specialist in the development of atmospheric remote sensing instrumentation for satellites, airplanes and ground applications. He is a former Associate Professor of Physics at the University of Toronto (1997 to 2002) and has participated in numerous international research projects including his position as a project scientist on the MOPITT (Measurement of Pollution in The Troposphere) space mission from 1989 to 2002. Dr. Tolton is the inventor of the realSens™ technology. To date he has over 15 scientific publications to his credit.

Nancy Laird, MBA, Lead Director

Ms. Laird served as Senior Vice-President Marketing and Midstream for PanCanadian Energy from 1997 to 2002. Prior to joining PanCanadian, Ms. Laird was President of NrG Information Services Inc., a joint venture initiative involving four of North America's leading natural gas pipeline companies with a mandate to create a seamless flow of natural gas across North America. Currently Ms. Laird is a Board member for the Alberta Electric System Operators, Acclaim Energy Trust, Keyera (Formerly KeySpan) Facilities Income Fund and Hull Child and Family Services. Ms. Laird earned her MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto.

John Pinsent, CA, Director

In 2004 Mr. Pinsent became a founding Senior Associate with St. Arnaud, Pinsent and Associates following a ten-year career with Ernst & Young LLP as an Assurance Senior Manager and their Director of Technology, Communication and Entertainment Assurance for Northern Alberta. Between 1986 and 1994, he served as Controller and Vice-President, Finance of an Alberta based retail organization with annual sales in excess of $10 million.

John has currently or previously served as a director on a number of public company boards including Liberty Mines Inc. (TSX), Hyduke Energy Services (TSX) Innovotech Inc.(TSX.V) and Enterprise Oilfield Group (TSX.V). With his strong professional accounting and corporate governance background, John has been able to assist these organizations in building strong shareholder value whilst securing their reputations for solid corporate compliance.  John earned his ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors in 2010 and has extensive public company experience as both a Lead Director and as Audit Committee Chairman in the organizations that he serves.

Adrian Banica, Director

Mr. Banica started his first electronics instrumentation venture, Synodon Corporation in Edmonton in 1995. As President of Synodon Corporation, he led a team of 10 engineering staff in the design and manufacturing of pipeline inspection robots, flow-meters, data analysis software, and well operation automation. Through Synodon Corporation, Mr. Banica has also provided his project management and design expertise to a number of high profile space instrumentation projects: Thermal Plasma Analyzer, a Canadian instrument on board a Japanese Mars mission; ACTORS, a space shuttle scientific experiment; and Optical Inter-Satellite Link, a $150 million space laser communications project in Boulder, CO.

In 1999 Synodon Corporation was sold to a European firm Rhea Group SA, a space consulting firm with offices in London, Madrid and Brussels. He became Rhea Group SA's Vice President for North America and was a member of Rhea Group SA's board of Directors for 14 months.

Mr. Banica founded Synodon in 2000 and served as Chief Executive Officer until 2015.

Chris Sheard, Director

Mr. Sheard has over 25 years experience within the natural gas and electricity industries. He was a senior executive in the ATCO group of companies, most recently as President of ATCO Gas and Northwestern Utilities Limited, both Alberta based natural gas distribution firms. Within the ATCO Group, Mr. Sheard also held senior executive positions in other companies within the electricity and water utility industry. He is currently President of Fairman Holt Inc., an Edmonton based regulatory consulting firm. Mr. Sheard was formerly the Vice-Chair of the Canadian Gas Association and presently sits on the Board of the Centre for Applied Business Research into Energy and the Environment. He has also served as Board Chair of the Edmonton Economic Development Corporation. Mr. Sheard was President of Synodon between October 2003 and November 2005.
